Arcana Futura EU - Helix

FairShare Sessions

Overview

FairShare Sessions is a practical expense tracking app designed to help you keep track of who spent what - clearly, accurately, and without the usual guesswork.
Whether it’s a quick coffee, a night out, a trip, or any shared activity, FairShare Sessions removes confusion and keeps things fair.

FairShare Sessions was created to solve a common real-world problem: tracking shared spending in a way that reflects what actually happened.
Instead of splitting totals evenly or relying on memory, the app allows you to track individual items and assign them to participants, giving you a clear and accurate picture of every session.

The focus is on simplicity, clarity, and real-world usability, without unnecessary features or complexity.

Key Features (Current & Planned)

  • Track exactly who spent what
  • Add items and assign them to participants
  • Manage sessions across different venues and activities
  • Reuse groups and participants
  • Track payments and balances between users
  • Support for flexible scenarios (shared tabs, mixed payments, etc.)
  • Simple, clean, and distraction-free interface

Additional features such as statistics, filtering, and extended tools are planned for future updates.

Technology & Approach

FairShare Sessions is built using Unity, with a focus on:

  • Lightweight and efficient performance
  • Local-first data storage (no cloud dependency)
  • Clean and modular architecture
  • Privacy by design - no accounts, no tracking, no ads

The goal is to deliver a reliable tool that works quickly and consistently without unnecessary overhead.

Future Plans

Planned development includes:

  • Advanced filtering and session management
  • Statistics and insights into spending patterns
  • Optional features to support broader use cases
  • Integration with other Arcana Futura applications

FairShare Sessions is designed to evolve while keeping its core purpose simple and focused.

Beta release mid April, and production release early May 2026.
